- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I moved from another Windsor practice that I thought was awful. I have seen dr Jabbar a few times and he has an excellent and a very pro active manor. And seems knowledgable with rare medical condition. I would rate five stars but I've had issues trying to get an appointment due to them being busy all the time.
